Water Resources Engineer
We are looking for an experienced water resources engineer interested in further pursuing a rewarding consulting career in the field of water resources.
The individual needs 10 to 20 years of professional experience relevant to water resources engineering and the desire to be part of a small close-knit team.
Candidates should have at least a BS in Civil Engineering or related discipline and should be a registered professional engineer.
Desired skills include:
- Project management
- Hydrology
- Hydraulics
- Engineering design of civil/hydraulic structures including:
- Dams
- Intakes,
- Spillways,
- Canals
- Tunnels
- Penstocks
- Pipelines
- Hydro powerhouses
- Dam safety
- Experience with Hydrology/hydraulics/GIS/Civil/Structural/CAD/database/document production software
- Report writing and presentation skills.
Our offices are located in San Rafael near San Francisco, California.
Most of our projects are on the West Coast or in the Pacific Region.
